Private Functions & Catering
The Function Room
On Saturday nights, and at other times by arrangement, we hire out our Function Room for private functions. The Function Room has a private bar and the room can be transformed for any event. So if you have a special birthday, anniversary, reunion or any other occasion that needs a special venue, Contact Us to see how we can help you make it a success.
We have several catering options to choose from, or you can work with our caterers to create your own menu.

The Snug
Just along from the Freyberg Restaurant is our hide-away 'Snug'. A wonderful place to meet up with friends, hold informal meetings or enjoy a private space while waiting for your party to arrive for a function in the Grand Hall. It is only $30.00 for the session and can be booked at the office or via the Contact Us page. A great place for the bridal party to relax, or to share stories after a send off. It is elegant and spacious and can cater for 20 – 25 people.
