About New Lynn Memorial RSA
We are delighted that you have visited our website!
Membership subscriptions for the New Lynn RSA are valid for a year and run from the 1st of January. Subs are due on the 31st of December each year.
RSA members are not required to sign in at their own RSA, however if you are bringing guests you will need to sign them in. You are allowed up to 10 guests per member. You will need to sign in at other RSAs.
Our aim is to provide a fun, friendly and safe environment for members and their families to enjoy.
With bars, social RSAs, entertainment and a restaurant all located in an easy to get to location, we have something for everyone.
Welfare Van
Thanks to our wonderful sponsors, Simplicity Funerals and Junction Automotive Ltd, we are able to offer our members a ride in our Welfare Van.
The van operates from the following times:

Sports Bar
At the Sports bar we've got Friendly Staff, Five Big Screen T.Vs, TAB, 18 Gaming Machines, Darts, Eight Ball and three full size Snooker tables. Raffles run – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday afternoons. Bistro food available in lounge – available lunch Tuesday to Sunday and Dinner Wednesday to Saturday

Wednesday – Friday: Lunch 12noon to 2pm
Dinner Wednesday to Saturday: 5.30pm – 8.30pm

Gaming Machine
The Gaming Machines are all operated on the card system. Your Membership card is used for this, or spare cards are available at the bar. This card can be played on any machine. Each gaming machine has its own note acceptor, it does not accept coins. Once your money has been transferred onto the machine, you will be ready to play. When you have finished playing, remove your card and any credits will automatically transfer onto your card. When you are finished, take your card to the bar and you will be paid any money due. All cards must be cashed in before leaving the RSA rooms. Cards taken out of the RSA rooms with credit still on them are taken at the player's risk. Please do not throw used cards in the rubbish! Machines may only be reserved for 5 minutes, if you are away for more than 5 minutes you may find that your card has been removed to allow someone else to play. Jackpots and any winnings – you must be a financial member and have your card on you to receive winnings or jackpot payments, or be signed in by a current member.
TAB
The TAB is open 7 days, from the first to the last New Zealand race. We have TAB Trackside and updated race odds available. Sports betting is also available. We have a dedicated TAB room as well as a self serve betting kiosk. Remember to gamble responsibly
The Function Room
Friday night is RSA night with a live band playing in the Function Room with music catering to a wide range of tastes, rock & roll, waltzes etc. See our Entertainment page to see who will be playing on the night you are planning to come.
Library
If you enjoy a good book, you are sure to find something of interest in our library. It is situated off the main entrance to the RSA, up the first corridor to left and opposite the door to the office. There are comfy chairs there, if you wish to read in peace, or you are welcome to borrow a book and return it when you have finished it. There are also a few jigsaw puzzles as well as some lovely items on display.
